Elle propose, plut\u00f4t que de s\u2019attarder trop longtemps sur les origines de nos difficult\u00e9s, d&rsquo;affiner notre conscience des situations pr\u00e9sentes et d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter des fa\u00e7ons de faire autrement.\u00a0<\/p><p>Sans d\u00e9laisser le volet cognitif, elle accorde <b>une importance pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante aux ressentis \u00e9motionnels et physiques<\/b>, que des conditionnements nous ont trop souvent appris \u00e0 d\u00e9laisser ou \u00e0 nier.\u00a0<\/p><p>Enfin, <strong>la Gestalt est une th\u00e9rapie du contact<\/strong>. Contact avec soi-m\u00eame, ses besoins, d\u00e9sirs de croissance, et en m\u00eame temps du contact \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Elle s\u2019int\u00e9resse particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 <b>la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019\u00eatre humain est en relation avec son environnement<\/b>, qu\u2019il soit personnel, professionnel ou social.<\/p><p>En France, la Gestalt-th\u00e9rapie est exerc\u00e9e en cabinet lib\u00e9ral ou en institution.
